  • Purchase, refund, dispute, and service-termination terms consistent with applicable consumer law and the eventual payment provider — pending legal review.
  • A cross-reference to the game rules: UTC boundaries, valid-commit definition, rage, death, and the permanent per-account restriction.
  • What happens when GitHub or Commit Eater is unavailable, a webhook is delayed or lost, or repository access is removed.
  • What happens if activity is later judged invalid, an account is deleted, or a payment is refunded or disputed.
  • An 18+ eligibility requirement, pending minor-specific consent review.
