DEVELOPER SURVIVAL GAME

SHIP CODE OR
GET EATEN.

Commit Eater turns your real GitHub activity into one permanent life. Commit and it calms down. Go quiet and its rage climbs. Reach 100 rage and it eats your run — for good.

USD 14.99 ONE-TIMEONE LIFE, NO RESETSPRICE & BALANCING ARE PROVISIONAL

THE LOOP

Three steps. One irreversible one.

01

Connect GitHub

Sign in, pick the repositories you want to feed it. We read commit activity, not your code.

02

Start your one life

Pay once. Confirm the risk. The moment you press Start Game, the UTC clock starts and there is no undo.

03

Commit or it eats you

Ship on a UTC day and rage drops. Go quiet and it climbs. Hit 100 and your run ends. Forever.

Paying does not start your clock. Only pressing and confirming Start Game after setup does — and that screen will tell you, one more time, that this is permanent.

THE RULES, NOT THE MARKETING

Everything that can kill you, up front.

These are the current balancing values. They are configuration, not fixed promises — see the game rules before you pay, and again before you start.

DAILY CLOCK
UTC 00:00–23:59
Every active day and every empty day is measured on UTC, not your local time.
RAGE
−25 active · +25 idle
Four straight empty days from zero is enough to hit 100 and die.
DEATH
100 / 100 rage
Permanent for the connected GitHub account. No revives in this version.
REWARDS
Every 5 levels
Guaranteed perk from real, limited stock. Never the same perk twice.
  • Only unique, non-merge commits authored by your connected GitHub identity count.
  • Commits made before your life starts never count retroactively.
  • Death is permanent for that GitHub identity. No paid revives, no extra lives.
  • Money buys access to the game, never XP, odds, or a better draw.

WHAT SURVIVING GETS YOU

Every 5 levels, it feeds you back.

Cross a level-5 milestone and you unlock a reward draw from real, limited inventory. Every completed draw grants a perk — there is no losing spin, and you can never win the same perk twice. If stock runs out, your entitlement waits; it is never lost.

Restrictions, eligibility, and expiry are always shown before or with the claim. See reward rules for the full terms.

WHAT WE ACTUALLY SEE

Your activity. Not your code.

  • A GitHub App with least-privilege access — no write access to your code, ever.
  • You choose which repositories it can see, public or private, and can change that later without losing progress.
  • Repository names, code, branches, and commit messages are never made public — on your profile, on leaderboards, or in the Graveyard.
  • Public pages show aggregate activity only: level, streaks, lifetime, total valid commits.

Full detail in the Privacy Policy.

One life. No resets. Your move.

USD 14.99, one time. You confirm the risk again before your clock ever starts.
